The Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) started as a simple pandemic relief program, offering companies up to $5,000 in rebates for keeping their employees on the payroll. Two years and several amendments later, the program has become significantly more complicated, with expanded eligibility and larger rebates, which employers can maximize using a new “Done-For-You” service launched by ERTC Valet.

With all the changes made to the ERTC program since it was first created, many employers are unsure how much they can claim, or if they are even eligible for rebates. ERTC Valet has simplified the process by creating a new 15 Minute Refund program that guarantees employers their maximum allowable rebate, for a minimum time commitment.
The company has also launched a new eligibility test that allows employers to determine if they qualify for a rebate by answering 10 simple questions. There is no cost, no obligation, and no proprietary business information required, and the entire assessment can be completed in approximately one minute.
The 15 Minute Refund program can help employers to claim their tax credits even if they already received a loan through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). While the PPP provided pandemic relief loans, the ERTC offers tax credits that are not a loan, do not need to be repaid, and have no restrictions on how they can be spent.
There is no up-front fee for the 15 Minute Refund program and no charge for any business that does not qualify for a rebate from the IRS. Every client will also receive audit-proof documentation prepared by the team of ERTC specialist CPAs.
Small to medium-sized businesses with up to 500 full-time employees on average may be eligible, as well as startups and new businesses. Non-profit organizations can also claim tax credits, including churches, schools, hospitals, and performing arts centers.
After completing the 10-question eligibility assessment, employers will be sent a secure link through their email, where they can complete the 15 Minute Refund program. They will be asked to upload their 941 returns, raw payroll data, and PPP loan documents, which the ERTC CPAs will use to calculate their rebate and complete the paperwork.
