From zero to one hundred boxing with Sajjad Mehrabi

Sajjad Mehrabi was born on the 12th of December 1364 in Azizabad village of Lorestan province. Their family business was animal husbandry and agriculture, and from childhood he was raised with the belief that he was supposed to represent the family and continue their business. But the main role models of Sajjad Mehrabi were his two athlete uncles who had qualified for the provincial championships.

His first fight was at the age of 15 and at that young age he was able to win a kickboxing championship medal. His main coach was Ali Mehrparvar, who made him interested and develop his skills in boxing. Of course, it is interesting to know that in addition to being a professional coach, he owes all his success to his competitive spirit because from 1378 to 1382 he participated in all club competitions in every province and fought with the winner of that competition and learned lessons from them.

In 2016, Mr. Mehrabi participated in the last official and professional competition in the national boxing team and unfortunately, he said goodbye to this field due to personal reasons. Currently, he is busy with his students’ competitions and coaching.
